When and Where is the Celebration?
We love Loving Day and are excited to mark the 50th Anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court ruling legalizing interracial marriage nationwide with family and friends, new and old. We will be hosting a family-friendly cookout from 3:00-6:30 at our home in Bond Hill. RSVP required. Please email me for exact address and to let me know of any dietary restrictions.
RSVP required! For everyone's safety and enjoyment please let me know if you will be coming to our event. Last-minute RSVP's are OK. Kindly do not show unannounced.
Food: Burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, potato chips, fruit and veggies. If you have specific dietary restrictions please let me know and I will let you know if we can accommodate your requirement. We take food allergies seriously. We are peanut-free home.
Kids: Children are welcome! We will have sprinklers on if weather permits so bring or wear splash-friendly clothing.
Rain Plan: We will eat indoors if the weather is inclement.
Parking: We have very limited on-street parking. I'll outline the best options when you RSVP. Rideshare if you can.
Handicap Accessibility: The backyard is wheelchair / walker accessible but our only restroom is not.
Alcohol: There will be no alcohol served at this celebration.
